The Poly-Kor Model features flexible rubber honeycomb-box extrusions permanently adhesive-bonded to color ABS facings and a flexible shock-absorbing foam core. This enables a semi-rigid door-body that is surprisingly resilient and shock-absorbing and, therefore, durable.

The door-body is secured to the full-height shaft, stile and gravity-action cam with full-height aluminum mounts. The mounts prevent the diagonal cracking of the door-body and of the door facings that is common with other rigid traffic doors. They also distribute the stress of impact over the entire door. 19mm rise cams are standard.

The Poly-Kor is our heavy-duty plastic door for very high volume traffic applications where excellent longevity and good aesthetics for doors are needed. The Poly-Kor is "the best value" door, providing the best balance between durability, appearance and price.
