• Low temperature corrosion and crack- resistant, lightweight steel facing.
• Detention grade low inertia hardware.
• Detention grade combination bottom bearing/jamb guard.
• Detention grade tamper-proof fasteners.
• Shock absorbing rubber subframe design.
• Full height, heavy duty mount assembly.
• Full perimeter reinforced air seals with galvanized cam shields.
• High-impact, low-friction ionomer bumpers are factory installed.
• 3.2mm thick, double-glazed vision panels are U.L. listed as burglary resistant. Equipped with 16mm diameter steel security rods.
• Lightweight foam insulated core.
• 50mm I.D. locking bushings with air seal.
• 16mm diameter top and bottom cane bolts with safety clip bolt holders
• Low profile fasteners.
• Safety cushioned nosing.

Steel-Lite Doors are custom manufactured to fit actual finished opening dimensions to insure proper operational tolerances and to protect against air infiltration.

Steel-Lite Doors are suitable for motorized traffic.
